1. Bidding conditions: The EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) of the Baihua Village Resettlement Housing Project has been approved for construction by the Development and Reform Bureau of Qujiang New Area at the number 2504-610168-04-01-250611. The project owner is Xi'an Qujiang Daming Palace Commercial Development Co., Ltd. The project funds come from other projects, and the project contribution ratio is 100.00% self raised funds. The bidder is Xi'an Qujiang Daming Palace Commercial Industrial Development Co., Ltd., and the bidding agency is Shaanxi Provincial Procurement and Tendering Co., Ltd. The project has met the bidding conditions and is now open for bidding. 2. Project Overview 2.1 Project Scale: The project will construct a total of 3 resettlement buildings (2 of which are both 32 stories, and 1 is 32/27 stories), 1 kindergarten (3 stories), and 1 supporting building (2 stories), with a total construction area of approximately 140400 square meters, including 85600 square meters above ground and 54800 square meters underground. The current status of the project is that the main structure of the underground garage has been completed, and the main structures of three residential buildings have been completed to the 24th, 22nd, and 26th floors respectively. The main structure of the kindergarten has been completed, and the supporting buildings and outdoor areas have not yet been constructed. The entire construction project is completed, accepted, and handed over as a whole, and defect repair and warranty work is carried out during the project warranty period.
