Resource Utilization Construction Project Construction Location: Building 4, Hongyang Changlong Intelligent Innovation Park, North of Science and Technology North Road, Shiwan Town, Boluo County, Huizhou City Environmental Impact Assessment Agency: Guangzhou Guohuan Environmental Protection Technology Development Co., Ltd. Project Overview: The project is planned to be located on the first floor of Building 4 (i.e. Building D), Hongyang Changlong Intelligent Innovation Park, North of Science and Technology North Road, Shiwan Town, Boluo County. The total investment of the project is 20 million yuan, covering an area of 1908.36m2 and a building area of 1908.36m2. The project mainly focuses on the resource utilization of waste PP filter cotton cores for production and filtration in the circuit board factory, as well as waste plastic packaging materials in the circuit board factory. The annual processing capacity is 10000 tons of waste PP filter cotton cores and 5000 tons of waste plastic packaging materials, 6097.75t/a of recycled PP crushing materials, and 4987.61t/a of plastic crushing materials. Main environmental impacts and measures to prevent or mitigate adverse environmental impacts: 1. Wastewater production wastewater is cleaning wastewater, including friction cleaning, high-temperature friction cleaning wastewater, and primary and secondary rinsing wastewater. The wastewater generated by friction cleaning, high-temperature friction cleaning, and primary and secondary rinsing processes is filtered through their respective circulating water tanks and reused in their respective processes. There is no production wastewater discharged from the project. After pre-treatment, the domestic sewage of the project is discharged into the municipal sewage pipeline. It is then treated by the Da Niu Lei sewage treatment plant in Shiwan Town, Boluo County and discharged into the central drainage channel of Shiwan Town. After treatment, the impact on the surrounding water bodies is relatively small. 2. The waste gas generated by the waste gas project mainly includes acidic waste gas generated during the friction cleaning process of the waste PP filter cotton core, as well as the odor generated by the waste gas and wastewater treatment facilities in the hazardous waste storage and raw material warehouses. After collection, the acidic waste gas is treated by a set of "alkali spray tower" facilities and discharged through a 59m high exhaust pipe; The odor of wastewater treatment facilities is reduced by covering and spraying odor suppressants through odor generating units to minimize the impact of odor on the surrounding environment. 3. Solid waste mainly includes residual liquid from waste filter cartridges, waste engine oil, waste oil drums, spray wastewater, microfiltration residue, waste filter screens, oily cloths and gloves, alkali residue, sludge and filter residue, and wastewater from water tank replacement.
