The main scope and scale of the bidding include the construction of the connecting line between Zhongxin Science and Technology Park and Zhucun Science and Education City. The connecting line runs from west to east, intersecting Wushi Road at the starting point and Shangyi Avenue at the end point. The construction standard is an urban main road with a width of 40 meters, six lanes in both directions, a designed driving speed of 50km/h, and a total length of about 667m (including a roadbed section of about 225m and a bridge section of about 442m). The main construction content includes roads, bridges, transportation, water supply and drainage, electrical, lighting, and greening projects. Bidding Scope: Based on the requirements of basic data and survey and design tasks, complete all survey and design work related to the construction content of this project, including but not limited to: (1) engineering survey work within the red line range of the planned land for this project and outside the red line range approved by the employer for auxiliary project construction, including but not limited to the following: engineering surveying, engineering geophysical exploration, geotechnical engineering survey, etc; （2） Design section: The main content includes (but is not limited to): scheme design, preliminary design, preparation of preliminary design estimate and coordination with financial review, construction drawing design and application for construction, obtaining construction drawing review qualification and filing with administrative authorities, on-site guidance and service.
