Plot 6-2 of this project has a building area of 17175 square meters and a plot ratio of 3.27. The building height limit is 100 meters; The building area of plot 4 is approximately 68972 square meters, with a plot ratio of 4.0 and a building height limit of 80 meters; The total construction area of the above two plots is approximately 124000 square meters, and the final construction scale and content shall be subject to the government's final approval. The supervision work of the bidding content includes but is not limited to the supervision of all engineering contents within the scope of the project initiation (including feasibility study), quality control, occupational health and safety, and environmental supervision and management, investment control, progress control, contract management, information management, BIM whole process, organizational coordination, safe and civilized construction, green construction management, engineering excellence creation, engineering changes, pipeline relocation, greening relocation, and coordination of work relationships between the construction unit and relevant parties in the engineering quality warranty stage (including defect liability period, the same below). The supervisor must also enter the site in advance as required by the client to participate in the preparation and planning work in the early stage of the design, assist the client in formulating engineering management methods, engineering excellence methods, project management planning, responsibilities of each participating party, and related administrative work. The specific scope of supervision shall be subject to the entrusted implementation. The construction period (delivery time) starts from the date when the supervisor receives the notification of winning the bid or receives the notice of entry from the client, and ends on the date when the settlement and approval of this contract are completed and the project warranty period (5 years) expires. The maximum bidding price (in 10000 yuan) is 712.96. Whether to accept consortium bidding or not.
