The total land area of the northern plot is 54755.83 square meters, and the available construction land area is 54755.83 square meters. We plan to construct multiple high-rise factories with a total construction area of approximately 128560 square meters. The maximum single building area of this project is about 25000 square meters, the maximum single building height is about 50 meters, the maximum number of floors is 6, and the maximum span is 11 meters. The main contents of the project construction include: site leveling, foundation, foundation pit support, earthwork excavation and backfilling, main structure, floor, doors and windows, roof, decoration and renovation, mechanical and electrical water supply and drainage installation, fire protection, civil air defense, ventilation, energy conservation, intelligence, identification signs, equipment procurement and installation, as well as municipal supporting projects such as roads and their ancillary water supply, drainage, sewage, sponge city, street lights within the red line of land use, garden construction and greening, temporary enclosure construction, temporary facilities and other related supporting projects. The final area of each building in the project shall be subject to approval. (Note: The above construction content and scale shall be subject to the final approval of the government regulatory department and the planning and construction management department.). Complete the entire process of design, procurement, and construction for this project through bidding, and be fully responsible for the design, quality, safety, construction period, and cost of the contracted project (specific details shall be subject to the design task book and contract agreement). 1. Design content: Responsible for the entire process and professional design, as well as the design of all engineering content within the construction scope of this project, including the comprehensive planning and design of indoor and outdoor pipelines, scheme design, preliminary design and budget preparation, single building application drawing design and construction communication preparation, construction drawing design, various special professional designs, application and design of new building energy-saving technologies, temporary roads within the construction land red line and other related designs, construction drawing budget (prepared by the construction party), technical review and tracking services throughout the entire process, scheme optimization and design changes during the construction process, on-site technical guidance, service and supervision, and completion drawing signing and approval.
