The approval period for this project has expired on our bureau's website. According to the provisions of the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China, the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Regulations on Environmental Protection Management of Construction Projects, and based on the commitments of your company and the environmental impact assessment document preparation unit, our bureau agrees in principle that your company will carry out project construction in accordance with the nature, scale, location, production process, and environmental protection measures listed in the Environmental Impact Assessment Report.
