Supplier qualification requirements 3.1 Suppliers should be established in accordance with the law and meet the following requirements: (1) Basic requirements: Suppliers should have the ability to independently assume civil liability and be legal or non legal entities that can provide goods and services to the purchaser. (2) Qualification requirements: Level 2 or above professional contracting qualification for building decoration engineering, and Level 2 or above professional contracting qualification for building mechanical and electrical installation engineering.
