Procurement scope and related requirements 2.1 Procurement scope: Car washing and beauty services include: ordinary cars, exquisite car washing, paint waxing, deep interior cleaning, front gear oil film removal+car washing. Vehicle services include: tire repair service (in store tire repair), airport parking, and car service agency. Please refer to the technical task book for details. *2.2 Service Period: From the date of contract signing to April 30, 2027. 2.3 Service Location: Designated Service Location by Lantu Automobile Sales Service Co., Ltd. * 2.4 Payment Method: The project fee will be directly settled by Party A (Lantu Automobile Sales Service Co., Ltd.) and Party B (the contracted supplier). The specific settlement method is as follows: This project is a framework open cooperation, and a reconciliation will be conducted every three months. Party B will provide Party A with a detailed list of services for the first three months. Party A will conduct acceptance and assessment of Party B's work according to the technical agreement requirements, and notify Party B to issue a value-added tax special invoice (VAT tax rate of 6%) equal to the settlement amount. After receiving the invoice from Party B and verifying the payment information, Party A shall wire transfer the payment to Party B's designated account within 30 days. *3.
