(R&D Institute) to conduct the first comparison and procurement for its "Weiss Environmental Warehouse Maintenance in 2025" project. 1. Procurement Project Introduction 1.1 Procurement Project Name: Weiss Environmental Warehouse Maintenance in 2025 1.2 Procurement Project Funding Source: Self raised by the Enterprise 1.3 Procurement Project Overview: In order to improve equipment stability and meet testing and development requirements, the purchaser needs to maintain the Weiss environmental warehouse. 1.4 Number of successful suppliers: 1.4.1 ■√ One 1.4.2 □/1.5 Others:/2. Procurement scope and related requirements 2.1 Procurement scope: Maintenance of Weiss environmental warehouse. *2.2 Service period: Complete all maintenance work within one week after the start of maintenance. 2.3 Service location: Designated location by the purchaser * 2.4 Payment method: To be determined by the purchaser (Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd. (R&D Institute)) and the supplier (selected party) when signing the contract. The specific settlement method is as follows: 1) The currency used for invoicing and payment is RMB; 2) After the maintenance service is completed and accepted by the purchaser, the supplier shall issue a full value-added tax special invoice to the purchaser. The purchaser shall make a one-time payment of the contract price to the supplier within 45 working days after receiving the invoice issued by the supplier. *3. Supplier Qualification Requirements 3.1 Suppliers should be established in accordance with the law and meet the following requirements and conditions: (1) Qualification Requirements: 1) Suppliers should be legal entities or other organizations engaged in business operations in accordance with the law, capable of completing procurement projects, and registered as normal or existing (in operation, open, registered) status. (2) Performance requirements: This procurement requires the supplier to have two similar Weiss environmental warehouse equipment maintenance performance contracts in the past three years (from April 1, 2022 to the day of the project kick-off meeting, with the performance recognition time based on the contract signing time), and one of the contracts has a contract amount of RMB 40000 (including tax) or more. Suppliers should provide scanned copies or screenshots of performance corresponding contracts and other supporting materials in the response documents. (The review committee or purchaser has the right to verify the authenticity of performance certification materials. If the review committee or purchaser requests verification, the supplier has the obligation to provide the corresponding original performance documents.) (3) Personnel requirements: 1) Project leader requirements: The project leader proposed by the supplier must be a formal employee of the supplier and cannot be a third party or retired rehired personnel. The supplier shall provide a scanned copy of the labor contract in the response document: the contract shall have the signatures or seals of all parties, the content shall be clear and free from obstruction or alteration, and the contract date shall be based on the later of the effective date of the contract and the signing date of the contract. (4) Financial requirements: Suppliers should have a sound financial accounting system and a good financial condition.
