The specific amount of work will be subject to actual occurrence. 2.3 Project implementation location: Jilin Province. 2.4 Project nature: Supervision bidding, centralized qualification pre-approval. 2.5 The validity period for centralized qualification pre-approval is 1 year. 2.6 Scope of application for centralized qualification pre examination: provincial transmission professional supervision projects within the validity period. 2.7 Technical Requirements: Comply with the technical acceptance standards of Jishi Media Co., Ltd. and the technical specifications in this document, as well as national and industry technical acceptance standards. 2.8 Package division: No package division. 3. Qualification Requirements for Applicants 3.1 This centralized qualification pre examination requires applicants to be independent enterprise legal persons or other organizations registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China, and to provide a legal and valid copy of their business license or registration certificate. 3.2 This centralized qualification pre-approval requires applicants to possess the following qualifications: 3.2.1 Applicants must have a comprehensive qualification for engineering supervision or a Class A qualification for communication engineering issued by the housing and construction administrative department.
