Project Overview: Potential suppliers for the procurement of metal material processing equipment from the School of Mechanical Engineering at Nanjing University of Science and Technology should be on the Nanjing University of Science and Technology campus website( http://zbpt.njust.edu.cn/ )Obtain the competitive negotiation document and submit the response document before 16:00 on May 7, 2025 (Beijing time). 1、 Project Overview 1.1 Project Number: G25HC0164 (JG203225981209) 1.2 Project Name: Procurement of Metal Material Processing Equipment, School of Mechanical Engineering, Nanjing University of Science and Technology 1.3 Budget Amount: RMB 99000 1.4 Maximum Price Limit: RMB 99000 1.5 Procurement Requirements: One turret milling machine, one surface grinder, one CNC wire cutting machine, and one ordinary lathe. The main procurement requirements are detailed in the negotiation document. 1.6 Contract performance period: Delivery shall be completed within 20 days after the contract is signed and takes effect. 1.7 This project does not accept consortium bidding. 1.8 Whether to accept imported products: No. 2、 Qualification requirements for applicants: 2.1 Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China; (1) Capable of independently assuming civil liability (providing proof documents such as business licenses of legal persons or other organizations); (2) Having a good business reputation and sound financial accounting system (providing financial reports for the year 2023 or 2024, or a financial status report for any month within six months of the negotiation response time (including at least the balance sheet and income statement), or a credit certificate issued by a bank within six months before the negotiation deadline, and a commitment letter from a legal person or other organization established less than three months ago, committing to having a good business reputation and sound financial accounting system); (3) Having the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract (the supplier shall provide proof of equipment and professional technical capabilities required to fulfill the procurement project contract); (4) Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law (provide at least one month within the first six months of participating in this government procurement activity: 1) provide proof of tax payment; 2) Provide proof of social insurance payment, and for those who enjoy exemption or deferred payment according to law, provide proof materials; (5) Within the three years prior to participating in government procurement activities, there has been no significant record of illegal activities in business operations (provide a commitment letter); (6) Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations: none. 2.2 Qualification requirements for implementing government procurement policies: None. 2.3 The purchaser shall specify specific conditions based on the special requirements of the procurement project and provide proof materials or situation explanations that meet the special requirements: none. 2.4 Suppliers who have been prohibited from participating in government procurement activities for a certain period of time due to illegal operations within 3 years before participating in government procurement activities may participate in government procurement activities upon expiration of the period. 2.5 The same person in charge of the unit or different suppliers with direct controlling or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract.
