This project does not accept consortium bidding. 2、 Qualification requirements for applicants: 1. Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China; 1.1. Capable of independently assuming civil liability; 1.2. Have a good business reputation and sound financial accounting system; 1.3. Possess the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract; 1.4.
