The funding source constitutes 100.00% of state-owned or collective investment. The bidding scope and scale are as follows: the total land area of the project plot is 17521.25 square meters, and the land use nature is Class II residential land R2, with a plot ratio ≤ 3.3. The calculated plot ratio building area is about 57820 square meters, and the building height limit is 65 meters. The building height must meet the clearance control requirements of Cencun Airport. The content of supervision work includes but is not limited to the following: supervision work for all engineering contents within the scope of project initiation (including feasibility study), including but not limited to the following: engineering survey and design stage, construction preparation stage, construction stage, engineering closure stage (including but not limited to completion acceptance, rectification, engineering handover, engineering settlement, etc.) and engineering quality warranty stage (including defect liability period, the same below), quality control, occupational health and safety and environmental supervision and management (including epidemic prevention and control), investment control, progress control, contract management, information management, etc BIM whole process, organization and coordination, safe and civilized construction, green construction management, engineering excellence, engineering changes, equipment supervision, on-site supervision, land acquisition and demolition, pipeline relocation, greening relocation, coordination of the working relationship between the construction unit and relevant parties of the project construction. The supervisor must also enter the site in advance as required by the client to participate in the preparation and planning work in the early stage of the design, assist the client in formulating engineering management methods, engineering excellence methods, project management planning, responsibilities of each participating party, and related administrative work. The specific scope of bidding supervision shall be subject to the entrusted implementation.
