Signing time of the "State owned Construction Land Use Right Transfer Contract": Within 10 working days from the date of transaction; If the transferee fails to sign the contract on time, the land supply shall be terminated and the bid security deposit shall be confiscated. 2. Payment method: Within 30 days from the date of transaction, a down payment of no less than 50% of the transfer price (including the bid security deposit) must be paid; The balance must be paid 90 days before the date of transaction.
