Announcement Preview: Zhao'an County Natural Resources Bureau State owned Land Use Rights Bidding, Auction, Listing, and Transfer Announcement, April 27, 2025, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations such as the Land Management Law, Urban Real Estate Management Law, Regulations on Bidding, Auction, Listing, and Transfer of State owned Land Use Rights, and Standards for Bidding, Auction, Listing, and Transfer of State owned Land Use Rights, following the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality. Our bureau has listed and sold one state-owned land use right. The relevant information is hereby announced as follows: 1. Basic information of the plot: Plot number: Zhao 2025G06 Plot total area: 0.5773 hectares Plot location: Zhao'an Industrial Park Duration: 40 years Land use: Hotel land Project name: Transaction price: 15.07 million yuan Transferee: Zhangzhou Migenxi Real Estate Co., Ltd. Remarks: 1. Land use: Commercial service industry land - Commercial land - Retail commercial land (shops, shopping malls), Wholesale market land (markets), Hotel land (hotels, inns). 2. The proportion of the gross floor area of the wholesale market land to the total gross floor area is ≥ 38%, and the proportion of the gross floor area of the hotel land to the total gross floor area is ≥ 40%. The hotel land is self-sufficient as a whole. 2、 1. The construction of the leased land must comply with the relevant regulations of environmental protection and other relevant departments. 2. The assignee shall complete the approval procedures such as project approval (filing) and environmental impact assessment before the commencement date of development stipulated in the state-owned construction land use right transfer contract. 3. If the assignee has not obtained project approval (filing) or environmental impact assessment approval documents, they shall not handle mortgage registration according to the agreement. It is strictly prohibited to sell, resell, non backfilling or transport out of the project land without authorization. Mineral resources such as sand, gravel, and soil that are not backfilled in this project shall be disposed of in accordance with laws and regulations. 2、 Publicity period: April 27, 2025 to May 2, 2025. 3. The two parties of the land have signed a transaction confirmation letter and signed a transfer contract within 30 days. Relevant matters are stipulated in the contract. 8.
