The tenderer (project owner) is AVIC Composite Materials Co., Ltd. The construction funds are self raised by state-owned enterprise units (central), and the project investment ratio is 100%. The project has met the bidding conditions. Now, the construction of this project is open for bidding. 2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Construction Site of the Project: No. 16 Mintai Road 2.2 Construction Scale of the Project: The renovated building area is 10600 square meters, including 10600 square meters of above ground building area and 0 square meters of underground building area. The building has 1 floor above ground and 0 floor underground, with a height of 12.2 meters and a span of 30.5 meters. The estimated contract price is 4067.13 million yuan. The construction period of this project is required to be 206 calendar days. The bidding scope of this project is based on the standards, specifications, functions, scale, and completion date agreed upon by the tenderer. The preliminary design, construction drawing design, engineering construction, material and equipment procurement, joint debugging and testing, completion acceptance, completion filing, and delivery for use of this project will be completed, and any defects and quality problems will be repaired during the warranty period by the EPC contractor. 2.5 Other maximum spans are approximately 30.5 meters. 3.
