In order to further strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights in the center, standardize the use and management of the "Mim Bear" mascot and the "Center Emblem", and based on the actual situation of the center, we are now organizing and planning the copyright registration and trademark registration of the unregistered "Mim Bear" mascot image and the "Center Emblem". According to the project requirements, our center intends to purchase the following services to ensure the implementation quality of this project. We now invite interested and eligible suppliers to participate in the selection process to determine qualified suppliers. 1、 The procurement content is as follows: categories, quantity, maximum purchase price, Mim Bear trademark registration application, 17 categories (03, 06, 09, 14, 16, 18, 20, 21, 24, 25, 28, 30, 35, 41, 42, 43, 44), 7 Mim Bear basic forms, RMB 80000 (including agency fees, official fees, third-party fees, etc.), Mim Bear and emblem works copyright registration//7 Mim Bear basic forms, the other 58 as series works; One emblem costs RMB 22000 (including agency fees, official fees, third-party fees, etc.). Please refer to Chapter 2 User Requirements for detailed parameters and service requirements. Suppliers must provide a response quotation for all aspects of this project, and any omissions will render the response invalid. If the quotation exceeds the maximum purchase price limit, it will result in an invalid response. 2、 Supplier qualification requirements: 1. Meet the requirements of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China: 1.1 Suppliers must be legal persons or other organizations or natural persons registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China with independent civil liability capacity (submit copies of valid business licenses (or relevant certificates such as public institution registration certificates). 1.2 The supplier has a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law (provide a bid letter). 1.3 The supplier has a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system (provide a bid letter). 1.4 The supplier has the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract (provide a bid letter). Within the three years prior to participating in this procurement activity, the supplier has no significant record of illegal activities in their business operations (provide a bid letter). Major illegal records refer to administrative penalties such as criminal penalties, orders to suspend production or business, revocation of licenses or permits, and significant fines imposed for illegal operations. 1.6 Suppliers must meet other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations (such as providing a bid letter). 2. This project does not accept consortium participation and subcontracting is not allowed (provide bid letter). 3.
