This project has met the bidding conditions and is now undergoing domestic qualification review and open bidding. 2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Overview, Bidding Scope, and Section (Package) Division: There are no major hospitals or medical aid institutions in the vicinity of this project, making it difficult for employees to seek medical treatment, purchase medicine, and receive first aid on a daily basis. In order to meet the emergency medical services for coal mine safety production and the occupational health needs of employees, it is necessary to establish a medical room inside the mine. 2.1.1 Scope of bidding: To provide emergency medical services for safety production, occupational health rehabilitation therapy, and daily drug sales for all employees and their families in the mine, a psychological counseling service hotline shall be set up, and training on medical emergency knowledge, hygiene and rehabilitation therapy knowledge, psychological counseling lectures, etc. shall be conducted no less than 4 times a year. Set up a medical room in Xiwan Mine, equipped with doctors, rehabilitation therapists, and nurses, on duty 24 hours a day (therapy time: 8:30-22:00).
