This project has met the bidding conditions and is now undergoing domestic qualification review and open bidding. 2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Overview, Bidding Scope, and Section (Package) Division: Guoneng Huludao Thermal Power Co., Ltd. Western Heat Source Plant 5 sets of 70MW and CBD Heat Source Plant 2 sets of 46MW high-temperature hot water boilers ultra-low emission transformation EPC general contracting project. The bidding scope includes the design, equipment and material procurement and supply, manufacturing and installation, construction, testing, commissioning, until the equipment system is put into operation, safety "three simultaneities", occupational health "three simultaneities", environmental protection acceptance and other service contents for the ultra-low emission transformation of seven boiler desulfurization systems, denitrification systems, and dust removal systems, achieving the specified performance guarantee indicators and quality standards, and passing the standard production acceptance. 2.2 Other:/3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders 3.1 Qualification Conditions and Performance Requirements: [1] Qualification Requirements: (1) Bidders must be independent legal persons or other organizations registered in accordance with the law, and must provide valid supporting documents. (2) Bidders must possess and provide valid Level 2 or above qualification certificates for general contracting of power engineering construction; Or comprehensive Class A qualification for engineering design; Or Class A qualification certificate for engineering design in the power industry; Or professional Class A design qualification certificate for the power industry (thermal power generation); Or a Class A qualification certificate for environmental engineering special design (the license scope must cover air pollution prevention and control engineering).
