The subject is located between Doumen Group and Xiaodun Group in Dukou Village, Shuikou Town, Lai'an County, east to Xinjian Group Sandstone Road, west to Xiaodun Sandstone Road, south to Xinjian Group Field Block, and north to Yangzhuang Group Field Block. If there is a difference between the actual transfer area and the area disclosed in this announcement, the actual transfer (measurement) area of the entrusting party shall prevail, and the annual rent shall be calculated based on the transaction price per mu. The inflow party shall not give up the bid for this reason. If there is a dispute over the ownership of the transferred subject matter, the commissioning party will provide relevant certificates for the subject matter to facilitate the processing of relevant licenses by the incoming party. 2.
