Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Overview: Construction Location: Xiaogan City, Hubei Province. Construction scale: The Xiaogan South section of the Wuhan Urban Circle Ring Expressway starts from the border between Xiaogan City and Wuhan City, between Hehuaqiao Village in Nanhe Township, Hanchuan City, and Baisai Village in Zhuzishan Street, Caidian District, Wuhan City. It connects to the Hannan Yangtze River Bridge and its connecting section of the Wuhan Urban Circle Ring Expressway. The route runs northward through Makou Town, Miaotou Town (with a super large bridge crossing the Han River), Chenghuang Town, Hanhan Lake Breeding Farm, and Liujiage Town, and ends at the Zhulin border north of Mahe Town, connecting to the end of the completed Xiaohan Ying Expressway. The total length of the route is 40.727 kilometers, with a 5.04 kilometer Hanchuan West Interchange connecting line. 15 bridges with a length of 28015 meters, 2 hub interchanges, 3 general interchanges, 1 service area, and 3 ramp toll stations. The project construction period is 42 months, with an estimated total investment of 8.912 billion yuan.
