Announcement on the Listing and Transfer of State owned Land Use Rights by Jurong Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, Construction Site Report [2025] No. 1-2. With the approval of Jurong Municipal People's Government, Jurong Natural Resources and Planning Bureau has decided to transfer the state-owned land use rights of one (1) plot of land through listing. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: 1. Basic information and planning index requirements for the listed land parcel: parcel number, land location, land area (m2), land use planning index requirements, transfer period (year), deposit (RMB 10000), starting price (RMB 10000), price increase rules and range, plot ratio, building density, green space rate, 2025-G1-2-01, partial plot on the east side of Chunli Road, Guozhuang Town, 18230, industrial 1.50 ≤ plot ratio ≤ 2, building density, green space rate ≤ 20% 5082182120 (RMB 10000). Other parcel information that needs to be explained: Please refer to the listed transaction document 1, parcel number: 2025-G1-2-01 Construction Content: Investment Intensity: 5250 Office and Service Facilities Land Proportion: 15 The assignee shall not construct non productive facilities such as complete residential buildings, expert buildings, hotels, guesthouses, and training centers within the scope of the acquired land. Other urban planning requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the technical regulations of urban planning management in Jiangsu Province and Jurong City. 2、 Bidding qualification: Unless otherwise specified in the listing and transfer documents of this period, legal persons and other organizations that comply with laws and regulations in China and abroad can apply to participate in the bidding. All the land parcels listed for sale in this period are not open to natural persons to participate in bidding (including applying for bidding in their own name and agreeing to establish a company as the assignee for development and construction after winning the bid). Bidders must pay a deposit before bidding. The bidding deposit and subsequent land purchase funds of the bidders must be their own funds (for joint bidding, it refers to all joint bidders, and for the proposed establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary or new company, it refers to a wholly-owned subsidiary or new company).
