Applicant Qualification Requirements 3.1 Section Name: Sanyuan Chunhua Village and Town Gasification Project Xinxingmen Station: This pre qualification review requires the applicant to have the qualification of "Construction Engineering General Contracting Level III" or above, and to have corresponding construction capabilities in personnel, equipment, funds, and other aspects.
