Project Overview 2.1 Construction Location: Inside the Xi'an Third Reclaimed Water Plant in Chanba Ecological Zone, Xi'an City, Inside the Xi'an Fourth Reclaimed Water Plant in Weiyang District, Inside the Xi'an Sixth Reclaimed Water Plant in Fengdong New City, Inside the Xi'an Tenth Reclaimed Water Plant in Chanba Ecological Zone, Inside the Xi'an Twentieth (Yuhua) Reclaimed Water Plant in Yanta District, Xi'an City. 2.2 Project Scale: This project utilizes the roofs of existing plants with layout conditions above some water tanks in Xi'an's third, fourth, sixth, tenth, and twentieth recycled water plants to construct a distributed photovoltaic power generation project. The total installed capacity of the five reclaimed water plants in this project is 36.5MW, using the "self use, surplus electricity grid connection" mode. After the project is completed, it can meet some of the electricity consumption in the plant, with a photovoltaic power consumption rate of over 90%.
