Postal Savings Bank of China, Liuzhou Branch of Postal Savings Bank of China, Announcement on Public Competitive Negotiation for the 2025 Maintenance Service Procurement Project (Third Procurement). According to the needs of business development, Postal Savings Bank of China, Liuzhou Branch of Postal Savings Bank of China intends to purchase the 2025 Maintenance Service Project of Liuzhou Branch. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: 1. Project Name: Postal Savings Bank of China, Liuzhou Branch, 2025 Maintenance Service Procurement Project (Third Procurement). 2. Project Number: 2025/cg/zh03( Third procurement) 3. Procurement form: Open competitive negotiation 4. Procurement content and budget amount: Select a supplier to provide maintenance services such as flooring, ceilings, doors and windows, walls, lighting fixtures, circuits, water supply and drainage for the office building of the city branch, business and technical buildings of various branches in the urban area, and other supporting buildings. The contract period is one year, and the proposed cost amount is 190000 yuan. (Please refer to the negotiation document for specific procurement requirements). 5、 Supplier qualification: (1) Units registered in accordance with the law within the territory of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan), with independent legal personality, capable of independently assuming civil liability, and capable of providing services for this project. (2) Provide a separate commitment letter for the issuance of value-added tax special invoices for this project (except for situations where relevant national laws and regulations do not apply to the issuance of value-added tax special invoices). (3) Units with the same legal person or different units with controlling or management relationships shall not participate in the negotiation of this project at the same time. Two or more legal persons with the same legal representative, or parent and subsidiary companies with direct management and management relationships, shall not participate in the negotiation of this project at the same time.
