Heilongjiang Branch entrusts Heilongjiang Yukun Construction Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. to purchase CG2025-012 for China Postal Savings Bank Heilongjiang Branch 2025 "Heilongjiang Daily" Advertising and Promotion Service Procurement Project (Second round) in the form of open bidding. The project funds are self raised by the tenderer, the funds have been secured, and the bidding conditions are met. [endif] Tender content: Advertising and promotional services for Heilongjiang Daily. Including the first half of the banner advertisement on the homepage of Heilongjiang News Network, a subsidiary of Heilongjiang Daily Press Group, which broadcasts brand image and business brand advertising content 24 hours a day without interruption, and is adjusted and designed based on advertising materials; Ability to provide promotional planning and reporting based on the characteristics of business development in different periods. 1.1 Number of winning bidders: 1. 1.2 Section division: This project is not divided into sections. 1.3 Service Time: Each service period is from June 1st to December 5th of the current year. Qualification Requirements for Bidders 2.1 Basic Qualification Requirements for Bidders 2.1.1 Bidders shall be legally and financially independent legal entities or legally registered organizations within the territory of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan). The bidder operates legally and independently from the tenderer and bidding agency. Bidders should have good bank credit and commercial reputation. 2.1.2 If the legal representative or unit leader of the bidder is the same person or has a controlling or management relationship with different units, and the same group company has an independent legal entity subsidiary, they shall not participate in the bidding of the same section or the bidding of the same bidding project without dividing the section. 2.1.3 The bidder shall provide a commitment letter regarding the issuance of value-added tax special invoices for this project.
