Construction Location: Xiangshui Elderly Care Home (Tumen), Huzhen Town Economic Union General Society, Boluo County Environmental Impact Assessment Agency: Guangdong Evergreen Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. Project Overview: The project is planned to be located in Xiangshui Elderly Care Home (Tumen), Huzhen Town Economic Union General Society, Boluo County, with a total investment of approximately 310 million yuan, including 12.1933 million yuan in environmental protection investment. Construct 5 assembly lines for dismantling waste lithium battery packs and 80 automatic lithium battery sorting cabinets, 2 production lines for resource utilization, crushing, and dismantling of waste lithium ion batteries, and 2 production lines for resource utilization, crushing, and screening of waste lithium ion battery electrode sheets. It is expected to recycle and regenerate 50000 tons of waste lithium ion batteries per year, including approximately 25000 tons per year of retired new energy vehicle battery packs, approximately 15000 tons per year of waste lithium ion battery cells, 5000 tons per year of waste positive electrode sheets, and 5000 tons per year of waste negative electrode sheets. Main environmental impacts and measures to prevent or mitigate adverse environmental impacts: 1. Wastewater discharge: Regularly discharged discharge wastewater belongs to hazardous waste and is entrusted to qualified units for treatment; Spray wastewater, indirect cooling water, and initial rainwater are treated with "sand filtration+carbon filtration" and reused in the spray system without being discharged. After pre-treatment in septic tanks and oil separators, domestic sewage is discharged into the Xiangshuiputou Domestic Sewage Treatment Plant in Huzhen Town, Boluo County through the municipal pipeline network. After meeting the standards, the tail water is discharged into the Shahe River and finally flows into the Dongjiang River. 2. The exhaust gas mainly comes from processes such as salt water discharge, rough crushing and drying, anaerobic crushing and pyrolysis, crushing and screening of waste batteries, crushing and screening of waste electrode sheets, and step-by-step utilization welding.
