Plot 6-2 of this project has a capacity and construction area. 17175 square meters, plot ratio 3.27, building height limit of 100 meters; The building area of plot 4 is approximately 68972 square meters, with a plot ratio of 4.0 and a building height limit of 80 meters; The total construction area of the above two plots is approximately 124000 square meters, and the final construction scale and content shall be subject to the government's final approval. The contractor shall complete all survey and design work, construction, and final acceptance of the project based on the project basic information, survey and design task book, and engineering management requirements provided by the employer.
