The bidding content includes completing the design, construction, engineering general contracting management, trial operation to project completion acceptance, handover of the "turnkey" engineering general contracting, engineering warranty, cooperating with the tenderer to handle construction application, approval, relevant department settlement (decision) review, cooperating with the tenderer's audit and investigation, and comprehensive coordination of the entire project construction process (see the design task book and contract terms for details). Mainly includes: (1) Design part: completing the project scheme design, budget estimation, construction drawing design, cooperating with the completion of construction drawing review, cooperating with the preliminary budget review work, stamping and signing the design drawings, submitting the drawings to the qualified construction drawing review unit for review, and preparing the completion drawings.
