The bidding content includes construction bidding. The drawings and estimates in the attachments of the bidding documents are for reference only, and the final construction design drawings shall prevail. The construction period (delivery time) is 24 months, and the maximum bidding price is 8377.52 yuan. Whether to accept consortium bidding is a requirement for bidding qualification and ability. The bidder's qualification requirements are: 1. The bidder must be a legally registered enterprise legal person within the territory of the People's Republic of China, with independent legal person qualifications. 2. Bidders must have a construction qualification of at least Level 2 (including Level 2) for general contracting of water conservancy and hydropower projects, and have obtained a valid Safety Production License. 3. The specific requirements for the project management personnel proposed by the bidder are as follows: 3.1 The proposed project leader for this project must have a registered construction engineer with a first level or above in the field of water conservancy and hydropower engineering. The project leader must have a "Safety Production Assessment Certificate" (Water Safety Class B) issued by the water conservancy administrative department and have no ongoing projects (if the project leader has ongoing projects but has changed or completed them before the bidding deadline specified for this project, they must provide legal and valid proof of change or completion issued by the construction unit at the time of bidding, otherwise it will be considered as not meeting the requirements of the bidding documents). 3.2 It is proposed to appoint one technical leader for this project, who must hold the title of intermediate engineer or above in the field of water conservancy and hydropower. 3.3 It is proposed to appoint 2 full-time safety officers for this project: who must have a "Safety Production Assessment Certificate" (Water Safety Class C) issued by the water administrative department. 3.4 It is proposed to assign one construction worker, one quality inspector, one data officer, and one material officer (with relevant job certificates) for this project.
