Bidding Conditions: The interior decoration project of Building 1 #, 2 #, and 4 # in No. 9 Courtyard of Haidian Yongfeng Daniufang First Ring Road has been approved for construction by Beijing Henghe Yuexing Real Estate Co., Ltd. in accordance with the minutes of the meeting of the General Manager's Office of Beijing Henghe Yuexing Real Estate Co., Ltd. The tenderer is Beijing Henghe Yuexing Real Estate Co., Ltd. The construction funds are self raised by state-owned enterprise units (local), and the project investment ratio is 100%. The bidding agency is Beijing Weigong Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. The project has met the bidding conditions and is now open for bidding. Potential bidders who are interested are invited (as follows) The applicant (referred to as the applicant) submits a pre qualification application. 2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Construction Site of the Project: No. 9 Courtyard, First Ring Road, Yongfeng Daniufang, Haidian 2.2 The construction scale of the project is 21674.19 square meters, with an estimated contract price of 27 million yuan 2.3 The planned construction period of the project is 225 calendar days 2.4 The scope of the bidding scope includes all the work contents shown in the drawings and bill of quantities for the interior decoration engineering of buildings 1 #, 2 #, and 4 # in No. 9 Courtyard, First Ring Road, Yongfeng Daniufang, Haidian, including building decoration, building water supply and drainage, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, building electrical, fire protection, and intelligent buildings. 2.5 Other/3. Applicant Qualification Requirements 3.1 The pre qualification of this project requires the applicant to have a third level [new] or above qualification for general contracting of construction projects,/performance, and corresponding construction capabilities in personnel, equipment, funds, etc. Among them, the applicant's proposed project manager must have a second level or above registered construction engineer qualification and a valid safety production assessment certificate (B version), and shall not serve as a project manager for other ongoing construction projects when determining the winning bidder; When construction enterprises from other regions come to Beijing for registration, they should also complete the registration procedures for registered constructors. 3.2 The pre qualification of this project does not accept applications for joint venture pre qualification. If a consortium applies for pre qualification, the following requirements must be met: (1) Each party of the consortium must sign a consortium agreement in the format provided in the pre qualification documents, clarifying the rights and obligations of the consortium leader and each party; (2) Each party of the consortium shall not participate in the pre qualification review in the same bid section in their own name or by joining other consortia. 3.4 Other requirements:/. 4.
