Selection Conditions: The bidding project for the procurement and installation of external return pump for Yudong Factory Phase I is self funded, with a 100% investment ratio. The selected bidder is Banan Wastewater Treatment Plant of Chongqing Haoyang Water Construction Management Co., Ltd. The project has met the bidding conditions and is now open for comparison. We sincerely invite interested potential bidders to participate in the bidding. 2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Overview: Procurement and Installation Project of Backflow Pump for Phase I of Yudong Factory. 2.2 Scope of bidding: During installation, it is necessary to cooperate with the production work in the factory area. The service list is detailed in Chapter 5. 2.3 Construction period: 15 calendar days 2.4 Due to the highly specialized and complex nature of the services provided in this project, bidders who are interested in participating in the bidding process are requested to arrive at the Yudong Sewage Treatment Plant at 9:30 am on April 29, 2025 to understand the specific project content. Bidders will conduct on-site inspections on their own, regardless of whether they have visited the site before the bidding deadline. Bidders will be deemed to have visited the site before the bidding deadline, fully understood the potential risks and obligations of this project, and have fully considered the risks that may arise from the uncertain factors that this project may face in their bidding documents. (If the bidder is not familiar with the specific project content, they will be responsible for it in the future) 3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders: This bidding will be subject to post qualification review, and bidders should meet the following qualification and performance requirements: 3.1 Bidders must be established in accordance with national laws and regulations, registered in China, and have independent legal person qualifications (bidders must provide a copy of their valid business license). 3.2 Performance Requirements: Bidders shall provide similar project performance of a single owner with a total contract amount exceeding 100000 yuan from January 1, 2022 to the bidding deadline (based on the contract signing time) (provide corresponding contracts for performance). 3.3 Credit Requirements (Original copy of the following commitment letter with the official seal of the bidding unit, format to be provided by the bidder): (1) If the bidder violates the "Negative List Management Measures for Suppliers" of Chongqing Water Group Co., Ltd. and is within the penalty period, it will be treated as a disqualified bid (the evaluation committee will review the list of "bidders who violate regulations" attached to the bidding announcement). (2) From January 1, 2021 to the date of signing the winning contract for this project, if the bidder is found to have engaged in fraudulent, bid rigging, refused to sign a contract with the owner for improper reasons, and delivered products and services with quality problems during various bidding activities and the validity period of the winning contract (including but not limited to Chongqing Water Group Co., Ltd. and wholly-owned or controlling enterprises), as well as serious injury or above safety liability accidents attributable to the bidder in the past three years (based on administrative penalties, accident investigation reports, accident notifications, etc. issued by competent departments), and accidents caused by the bidder and its related parties (including their legal representatives) in the past three years from January 1, 2021 to the date of signing the winning contract for this project.
