Procurement scope and related requirements 2.1 Procurement scope: Private deployment and customized development of the existing cluster of Lantu Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. Please refer to the technical task book for details* 2.2 Service Period: 8 months from the date of contract signing 2.3 Service Location: Designated location by the purchaser * 2.4 Payment Method: The project cost will be directly settled by Party A (Lantu Automotive Technology Co., Ltd.) and Party B (the successful supplier). The specific settlement method is: 1) Pre acceptance payment: The platform will be deployed and used normally within the period, with a progress of 30%; 2) Progress payment: Complete customized development and white box delivery, with a 30% progress rate; 3) Final acceptance payment: The big data task migration has been completed and accepted as qualified, with a progress of 30%; 4) Warranty payment: Free operation and maintenance. (1) The specific requirements of the contract are as follows. Performance that does not provide the required information will not be recognized: 1) The supplier should be the implementer of the contract (performance undertaken by branch offices or branches can be included in the performance of the parent company); 2) Contracts should have signatures or seals from all parties, except for special forms of contracts such as electronic contracts and orders; 3) The scanned copy of the contract should include at least the names of all parties to the contract, project name, contract amount, contract date, and signature and seal pages.
