Announcement on Consultation and Procurement of Maintenance Projects for Forklifts, Elevators, and Automobile Movers in the Industrial Park from 2025 to 2027 Dongfeng International Tendering Co., Ltd. has been commissioned by Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd. (R&D Institute) to conduct the fifth consultation and procurement for its "Maintenance Projects for Forklifts, Elevators, and Automobile Movers in the Industrial Park from 2025 to 2027 (Redemption)" project. 1. Introduction to Procurement Project 1.1 Procurement Project Name: Maintenance Project for Forklifts, Elevators, and Automobile Movers in the Park from 2025 to 2027 (Redemption) 1.2 Procurement Project Funding Source: Self raised by the Enterprise 1.3 Procurement Project Overview: Maintenance and upkeep of forklifts, elevators, and automobile handlers in the park to ensure their normal operation, meet the transportation needs and safety requirements of goods and vehicles in the park. 1.4 Number of successful suppliers: 1.4.1 ■√ One 1.4.2 □/Family 1.5 Others:/2. Procurement scope and related requirements 2.1 Procurement scope: Maintenance and upkeep of forklifts, elevators, and vehicle handling equipment in the park* 2.2 Service period: 24 months (from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2027). 2.3 Service location: Designated location by the purchaser * 2.4 Payment method: To be determined by the purchaser (Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd. (R&D Institute)) and the supplier (selected party) when signing the contract. The specific settlement method is as follows: 1) The currency used for invoicing and payment is RMB; 2) The contract fee is paid in 4 installments, and maintenance services are paid every 6 months; The maintenance parts fee is the opening part of the contract and will be settled based on the actual amount every 6 months. Before each payment, the corresponding fees must be accepted by the purchaser and paid within 45 working days after receiving the corresponding value-added tax special invoice issued by the supplier; 3) Suppliers are required to issue value-added tax special invoices. The tax rate for maintenance service fees in this project is limited to 6% or 13%, and the cost of replacing repair parts is limited to 13%* 3. Supplier Qualification Requirements 3.1 Suppliers should be established in accordance with the law and meet the following requirements and conditions: (1) Qualification Requirements: 1) Suppliers should be legal entities or other organizations engaged in business operations in accordance with the law, capable of completing procurement projects, and registered as normal or existing (in operation, open, registered) status; 2) Suppliers must possess any of the following special equipment production license certificates in the People's Republic of China and provide corresponding scanned copies in the response documents: ① License project: Manufacturing (including maintenance and renovation) of specialized motor vehicles in the field (factory), license sub project: Motor industrial vehicles (forklifts); ② Licensed project: Repair of specialized motor vehicles in the field (factory), licensed sub project: Motor industrial vehicles (forklifts); 3) Power battery recycling and disposal, suppliers or their commissioned third parties holding a "Hazardous Waste Operation License" approved and issued by the government's environmental protection department, and their business scope or category includes the approved hazardous waste category: HW31 lead containing waste (900-052-31, waste lead-acid batteries). The business method should include at least collection and storage, and provide valid scanned copies of certificates that meet the above requirements in the response document. If it is a commissioned third party, the response document should also provide signatures from both the supplier and the third party
