Procurement scope and related requirements 2.1 Procurement scope: Procurement of vehicle domain system bench testing equipment and cabin audio debugging testing equipment, including equipment supply, installation, debugging, after-sales service, training, and acceptance work. Please refer to the technical task book for details. 2.2 Delivery Time: (1) Vehicle body domain system bench testing equipment: The equipment shall be delivered within one week from the date of contract signing, and shall be debugged and accepted within three weeks after delivery. (2) Cockpit audio debugging and testing equipment: The equipment will arrive at the designated location of the purchaser (R&D building, Gate 7, Lantu Automotive Golden Gate) before May 20, 2025. After the equipment arrives at the designated location of the purchaser, it shall be assembled and debugged before May 30, 2025. 2.3 Delivery location: Lantu Automotive Technology Co., Ltd., Wuhan City, Hubei Province * 2.4 Payment method: The project cost shall be directly settled by Party A (Lantu Automotive Technology Co., Ltd.) and Party B (the supplier of the transaction). The specific settlement method is as follows: (1) Payment upon arrival: After all the subject matter has arrived, Party A shall pay 60% of the total contract price to Party B; (2) Final acceptance: After the final acceptance of all the subject matter is qualified, Party B shall issue a 13% value-added tax special invoice to Party A within 5 days, with an invoice amount of 100% of the total contract amount. Party A shall pay 30% of the total contract price to Party B within 30 days after receiving the invoice and verifying its accuracy; (3) Quality assurance deposit: Within 30 days after the acceptance of all equipment quality assurance, Party A shall pay Party B a quality assurance deposit of 10% of the total contract amount. *3.
