Introduction to Procurement Project 1.1 Procurement Project Name: Business Travel Services for Overseas After sales Projects in 2025 (Redemption) 1.2 Procurement Project Funding Source: Self raised by the Enterprise 1.3 Procurement Project Overview: The supplier should have the ability to provide international business travel services, including but not limited to private business visas, air tickets, hotel (or long-term rental) accommodation, insurance, ground transportation in the destination country or region, training on entry and exit precautions in the destination country or region, emergency rescue and other business travel services. 1.4 Number of successful suppliers: 1.4.1 □ One 1.4.2 ■√ 2 1.5 Others: Successful suppliers are sorted by comprehensive score, and the top 2 are selected: (1) On the premise of meeting all customer requirements, the supplier with the overall lower price wins the order; （2） If the price is the same, the supplier with the best solution will receive the order, such as hotel (or long-term rental) accommodation closer to the destination, fewer flight transfers, less travel time, and more convenient procedures (such as not having to apply for a transit visa); （3） If the price and plan are the same, the supplier who first provides this plan will receive the order. 2. Procurement scope and related requirements 2.1 Procurement scope: Business travel services for overseas after-sales projects in 2025 (re procurement). The procurement scope is detailed in the technical task book 2.2 Service period: 12 months from the date of contract signing. 2.3 Service Location: Designated Location of Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd. Personnel Shared Service Center 2.4 Payment Method: After the project fee is accepted and qualified, it will be directly settled by Party A (Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd. Personnel Shared Service Center) and Party B (the transaction supplier). The specific settlement method is as follows: After the project is completed and accepted by both parties, Party B shall submit a written price confirmation form to Party A. After Party A confirms in writing that there are no objections, Party B shall issue a corresponding amount of value-added tax special invoice, and Party A shall make payment within 30 working days after receiving the invoice. *3.
