Procurement scope and related requirements 2.1 Procurement scope: 25 year competitive car experience evaluation (re procurement), procurement scope detailed in the technical task book 2.2 Service period: from the date of contract signing to April 30, 2026. 2.3 Service location: Designated location by Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd. Passenger Vehicle Company * 2.4 Payment method: The project cost will be directly settled by Party A (Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd. Passenger Vehicle Company) and Party B (the transaction supplier) after passing the acceptance inspection. The specific settlement method is as follows: This project adopts an open-ended contract, and the total amount is calculated based on the actual number of qualified samples invited by Party B. The total contract amount and sub item unit price are the highest limit price for project execution. After both parties have determined the total amount according to the previous agreement, Party B shall issue a value-added tax special invoice to Party A. After financial review, payment shall be made within 2 months. Supplier Qualification Requirements 3.1 Suppliers should be established in accordance with the law and meet the following requirements and conditions: 3.1.1 Qualification Requirements: Suppliers should be legal entities or other organizations engaged in business operations in accordance with the law, capable of completing procurement projects, and registered as normal or existing (in operation, open, registered) status; 3.1.2 Performance Requirements: This procurement requires the supplier to have a case performance of recruiting users for a vehicle model priced between 100000 and 250000 yuan in the past 3 years (from January 1, 2022 to the day of the project kick-off meeting, with the performance recognition time based on the later of the contract effective date and the contract signing date), and a contract amount of 80000 yuan (including tax) or more. Suppliers should provide scanned copies or screenshots of performance corresponding contracts and other supporting materials in the response documents.
