Procurement scope and related requirements 2.1 Procurement scope: One C-end technology development and operation maintenance service project for 2025, please refer to the technical task book for details. 2.2 Service Period: Effective from the date of contract signing and valid for one year. 2.3 Service Location: Designated location by Lingyue Digital Technology (Wuhan) Co., Ltd* 2.4 Payment Method: The fees shall be directly settled by Party A (Lingyue Digital Technology (Wuhan) Co., Ltd.) and Party B (the contracted supplier). The specific settlement method is as follows: 1) This contract is an open-ended contract, and settlement shall be based on specific orders; 2) After the completion of each project involved in the order and its acceptance by Party A, Party B shall issue a full value-added tax special invoice for the total settlement amount of the project. After the invoice is verified by Party A's finance department and confirmed to be correct, 90% of the total settlement amount shall be paid within 90 days; 3) The remaining 10% will be paid as a warranty deposit after 6 months* 3.
