Qualification Requirements for Bidders 3.1 Qualification Requirements for Bidders in This Bidding: 3.1.1 Qualification Requirements: Bidders must be registered in accordance with the law within the territory of the People's Republic of China, have independent legal person qualifications, possess valid business licenses or institutional legal person certificates, have general taxpayer qualifications for value-added tax, possess third level or above qualifications for general contracting of mechanical and electrical engineering construction, and provide relevant supporting documents. 3.1.2 Financial Requirements: Bidders must have a good financial condition and provide financial accounting statements for the years 2022 to 2023 (if the bidder's establishment time is less than the specified year, financial accounting statements since its establishment should be provided). The paid in capital must not be zero.
