Project Overview This bidding is for the maintenance of all fire systems in Ginza Group's Jining area stores, including mall stores, square stores, Jiaxiang stores, Sishui stores, Qufu stores, Wenru stores, Yutai stores, and Weishan stores. The maintenance content is detailed in the "Fire System Summary Table" in the technical requirements. Optimal procurement is valid for three years, and the contract is signed annually. 2、 Qualification requirements (1): Bidders shall be independent legal entities and their branches that are legally registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China and have corresponding business qualification certificates. The bidder shall provide a business license that combines three certificates, with a registered capital of not less than 500000 yuan (inclusive), and provide proof of insurance coverage for their own unit (if a branch participates in the bidding, proof of registered capital of the head office must be provided). （2） The project leader should be a person with a registered fire engineer qualification certificate.
