The project has met the bidding conditions and is now open for bidding for the procurement of EPC general contracting pipes and fittings for the improvement of drainage and flood prevention facilities in the southern urban area of Dali City. 2. Project Overview and Bidding Content 2.1 Project Overview: (1) Urban Village Drainage System Upgrade and Renovation Project: Newly built 26.16km of rainwater pipe trenches (including 4.68km of DN400-DN600 rainwater pipes and 21.48km of newly built rainwater ditches). (2) Improvement and renovation project of municipal road drainage system: New construction of 7.25km DN400-DN800 rainwater pipeline. (3) Conduct dredging and investigation of the current drainage system within the scope of the project. Qualification Requirements for Bidders 3.1 This bidding requires bidders to meet the following conditions: 3.1.1 Qualification Requirements: Registered in accordance with the law within the territory of the People's Republic of China, possessing independent legal personality, and producing products with certificates or inspection reports issued by third-party product inspection and testing institutions authorized and licensed by the state. 3.1.2 Financial requirements: Registered capital of RMB 1 million or more and equivalent currency. 3.1.3 Quality Requirements: The materials provided by the bidder must meet national standards and other relevant requirements, and be accompanied by test records and quality assurance certificates, meeting the construction needs. If new national standards are issued, the latest standards shall prevail. 3.1.4 Performance Requirements: Bidders shall have a supply performance of similar products for engineering construction projects from 2022 to present, and provide relevant supporting materials (scanned copies of supply contracts, bid winning notices, or user evaluations, etc.). 3.1.5 Performance credit requirements: 1.
