Project Location: Zhenjiang City 2. Project Scale: Surveying, survey, and design services for engineering projects (including housing construction and municipal infrastructure) invested and constructed by Zhenjiang University Investment and Construction Development (Group) Co., Ltd. in 2025-2026, including Changshan Industry Education Integration Development Zone and the old campus managed and operated by the university group. 3. Construction period requirements: According to the scale of each individual project and the requirements of the tenderer, design personnel should be arranged reasonably to complete the design tasks in a timely manner and provide satisfactory services. 4. Quality standards: The quality standards comply with the current construction specifications and standards of the People's Republic of China, and strictly implement the "Regulations on Quality Management of Construction Projects", "Regulations on Survey and Design Management of Construction Projects", "Engineering Surveying Standards" and mandatory national standards; Meet the current national and local regulations, standards, and other requirements. The survey results, planning scheme, scheme design, preliminary design, and construction drawing design all meet the requirements of the bidding documents and are not subcontracted. 3、 This project is divided into one section, and the bidding content is as follows: (1) Measurement and survey: pipeline measurement, terrain measurement (including earthwork measurement), building settlement and foundation pit monitoring, building area (planning verification and property) measurement, road longitudinal and transverse section measurement, laying out and completion surveying, rainwater and sewage pipeline inspection, geological survey (including pipeline, road and ancillary building (structure) survey), etc; (2) Planning scheme: preparation and approval of road alignment planning and comprehensive pipeline planning; (3) Engineering design: scheme design, preliminary design (including budget preparation), construction drawing design, restoration of design drawings for existing buildings and municipal infrastructure; Note: For major or special projects, the tenderer may organize separate tenders as needed.
