Construction Location: Ganpi Village, Zhenlong Town, Huiyang District, Huizhou City. Huizhou Zhijing Precision Technology Co., Ltd. Factory Internal Evaluation Institution: Guangdong Huizhilan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. Project Overview: Proposed renovation and expansion of the existing workshop, including the renovation of the existing automatic anodizing line, the addition of one semi-automatic anodizing line, the addition of 16 polishing machines in the polishing workshop, the addition of two ultrasonic cleaning workshops (one nine slot ultrasonic cleaning machine and one ten slot ultrasonic cleaning machine respectively), and the upgrading of supporting wastewater collection and treatment facilities. Mainly engaged in surface treatment of smart wearable electronic product shells and electronic cigarette shells, providing supporting surface treatment processing services for its wholly-owned parent company Huizhou Zhijing Precision Technology Co., Ltd. Main environmental impacts and measures to prevent or mitigate adverse environmental impacts: 1. Wastewater: Domestic sewage is discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network after pretreatment; The main pollutants in the concentrated water produced during the pure water preparation process are SS and salt, and the content is relatively low. The water quality is relatively clean and can be directly discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network; The production wastewater is treated by self built wastewater treatment facilities to meet relevant standards before being discharged into the municipal sewage network. The project wastewater is ultimately discharged into the Zhenlong Town Domestic Sewage Treatment Plant for treatment. The discharge volume of pollutants from the discharge outlet of production wastewater enterprises is 2.5915t/a for CO2 and 0.3239t/a for ammonia nitrogen, which does not exceed the original discharge permit discharge volume. 2. Waste gas: grinding and polishing dust, acid and alkali mist generated in the oxidation workshop, foul odor waste gas from the sewage treatment plant, etc., are effectively collected and treated before being discharged to meet the standards. 3. Noise: The project reduces noise intensity by selecting low-noise equipment, arranging noise sources reasonably, and taking measures such as noise reduction and vibration reduction for high noise equipment. Comprehensive measures such as strengthening daily maintenance of equipment are also taken to further reduce the impact of noise. The daytime and nighttime noise at the project boundary can meet the Class 3 standard requirements of the "Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprise Boundary Environmental Noise" (GB12348-2008), and the sensitive points of the acoustic environment can still meet the Class 2 standard requirements of the "Environmental Quality Standard for Noise" (GB3096-2008) after adding background values. 4.
