Project Name: Huaxin Resin (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. Annual Production of 6500 Tons of High Solid Content Multipurpose Adhesive Project Construction Unit: Huaxin Resin (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. Construction Location: Plot D-1-2, Hon Hai Fine Chemical Base, Huiyang District Environmental Impact Assessment Agency: Guangdong Henlida Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. Project Overview: The project plans to renovate and expand the vacant Class A workshop B in the existing factory area, mainly producing high solid content multi-purpose adhesive with an annual output of 6500 tons. After renovation and expansion, the total production capacity of the entire factory is 12000 tons. Main environmental impacts and measures to prevent or mitigate adverse environmental impacts: 1. Wastewater: The wastewater of this project is divided into domestic sewage, ground cleaning wastewater, and cooling replacement wastewater. After pre-treatment in the tertiary septic tank, the domestic sewage is collected together with the ground cleaning wastewater and cooling replacement wastewater to meet the standards of the management agreement signed between the base sewage treatment station and the construction unit, as well as the special discharge limit requirements for water pollutants in Table 2 of the "Pollutant Discharge Standards for Synthetic Resin Industry" (GB31572-2015, including the 2024 amendment). After treatment, it enters the base sewage treatment facilities and is recycled by the base without being discharged, without affecting the surface water environment. 2. Waste gas: The main sources of waste gas pollution in the project include process waste gas, manual feeding waste gas, discharging waste gas, leakage waste gas from dynamic and static sealing points, and breathing waste gas from storage tanks. After being effectively collected and processed to meet the standards, they will be discharged. 3. Noise: During the operation period of the project, the noise mainly comes from the operation of production equipment in the workshop. The main source of noise is the noise generated by production facilities such as measuring tanks, reaction vessels, dispersion vessels, and mixing vessels, as well as various auxiliary equipment such as pumps and fans. The maximum noise equipment is the exhaust gas treatment facility fan, with a maximum noise value of about 90dB. It is proposed to implement the selection of low-noise equipment that meets design specifications, adopt vibration reduction, plant isolation, set up green isolation belts, and reasonably layout noise prevention measures. The predicted values of project boundary noise for the east, south, and west sides meet the Class 3 standard of the "Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprise Boundary Environmental Noise" (GB12348-2008), while the noise for the north side meets the Class 4a standard of the "Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprise Boundary Environmental Noise" (GB12348-2008). The impact on the surrounding environment and sensitive protection targets is relatively small. 4. Solid waste: Hazardous waste is regularly entrusted to qualified units for disposal, and the temporary storage of hazardous waste is in accordance with regulations
