Project Overview: The project plans to renovate and expand the vacant Class A workshop B in the existing factory area, mainly producing high solid content multi-purpose adhesive with an annual output of 6500 tons. After renovation and expansion, the total production capacity of the entire factory is 12000 tons. Main environmental impacts and measures to prevent or mitigate adverse environmental impacts: 1. Wastewater: The wastewater of this project is divided into domestic sewage, ground cleaning wastewater, and cooling replacement wastewater. After pre-treatment in the tertiary septic tank, the domestic sewage is collected together with the ground cleaning wastewater and cooling replacement wastewater to meet the standards of the management agreement signed between the base sewage treatment station and the construction unit, as well as the special discharge limit requirements for water pollutants in Table 2 of the "Pollutant Discharge Standards for Synthetic Resin Industry" (GB31572-2015, including the 2024 amendment). After treatment, it enters the base sewage treatment facilities and is recycled by the base without being discharged, without affecting the surface water environment. 2. Waste gas: The main sources of waste gas pollution in the project include process waste gas, manual feeding waste gas, discharging waste gas, leakage waste gas from dynamic and static sealing points, and breathing waste gas from storage tanks. Noise: During the operation period of the project, the noise mainly comes from the operation of production equipment in the workshop. The main source of noise is the noise generated by production facilities such as measuring tanks, reaction vessels, dispersion vessels, and mixing vessels, as well as various auxiliary equipment such as pumps and fans.
