Project Name: Huizhou TCL Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. Hazardous Waste Collection Project Construction Unit: Huizhou TCL Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. Construction Location: Xikeng Industrial Zone, Huihuan Street, Zhongkai High tech Zone, Huizhou City Environmental Impact Assessment Agency: Guangdong Jiangyang Environmental Protection Consulting Services Co., Ltd. Project Overview: Huizhou TCL Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. plans to use the idle areas of the existing organic waste temporary storage warehouse, inorganic waste temporary storage warehouse, Class A barrel warehouse, and physical and chemical tank area to collect 18 types of hazardous waste, totaling 18760 tons per year, on the basis of the approved business content of the existing hazardous waste. After renovation and expansion, the collection scale of hazardous waste will reach 19060 tons per year, and the types of hazardous waste will reach 20 categories. Main environmental impacts and measures to prevent or mitigate adverse environmental impacts: 1. Analysis of atmospheric environmental impacts. Class A barrel warehouse: relying on existing projects, organic waste gas and odorous gas are collected in a closed manner in the workshop and treated through a set of "primary alkali spray+two-stage activated carbon adsorption", and discharged through a 15m high exhaust pipe (FQ15015). Organic material temporary storage: Based on the existing project, organic waste gas and odorous gas are collected in a closed manner in the workshop and treated with a set of "first level alkali spray+two-stage activated carbon adsorption", and discharged from a 15m high exhaust pipe (FQ15016). Inorganic material temporary storage: Based on the existing project, acidic waste gas and odorous gas are collected in a closed manner in the workshop and treated with a set of "secondary alkali solution spray", and discharged from a 15m high exhaust pipe (FQ15017). Physical and chemical tank area: Based on the existing project, acidic waste gas is collected through a closed pipeline and treated with a set of "alkali spray+activated carbon adsorption", and discharged from a 15m high exhaust pipe (FQ15010). Wastewater treatment workshop: Based on the existing project, odorous gases are collected in a closed manner in the workshop and treated by a set of "alkali spray+activated carbon adsorption". They are discharged from a 15m high exhaust pipe (FQ15011). 2. Analysis of Water Environmental Impact: After the newly added production wastewater is treated to meet the standards by the existing comprehensive sewage treatment facilities of the project, some of it is reused for production and cooling tower water after deep treatment by the reclaimed water system, and the remaining part is discharged into the Seventh Comprehensive Sewage Treatment Plant in Huizhou for treatment. After expansion, the entire plant will not exceed the permitted wastewater discharge capacity of the existing project. 3. The sound environment impact analysis project reduces noise intensity by selecting low-noise equipment, basic vibration reduction, sound insulation, and noise reduction measures. The factory boundary noise can meet the emission standards and has an impact on the sound environment
