Tender Conditions: The EPCO (Design, Procurement, Construction, Operation) General Contracting Supervision of Hebei Jiutu Technology Co., Ltd. Greater Bay Area Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park Project has been approved for construction by the Xingtai Economic Development Zone Administrative Approval Bureau with the enterprise investment project filing information Xing Kaizhan Investment Filing No. (2024) 245. The project owner is Hebei Jiutu Technology Co., Ltd., and the construction funds come from self raised funds, with a contribution ratio of 100%. The tenderer is Hebei Jiutu Technology Co., Ltd. The project has met the bidding conditions and is now open for bidding for the supervision of the project. 2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Overview: 2.1.1 Construction Location: North of Xianghe Street and East of Jing'an Road, Economic Development Zone, Xingtai City, Hebei Province. 2.1.2 Construction Scale: The project covers a total area of approximately 114.5 acres, with a total construction area of approximately 144000 square meters. It is planned to construct a 7-story standard factory building with a reinforced concrete frame structure; 8 standard 4-storey factory buildings with reinforced concrete frame structure; A 6-story comprehensive building with a reinforced concrete frame structure; Equipped with 510 parking spaces and related supporting infrastructure. 2.1.3 Planned construction period: 24 months 2.1.4 Quality standard: Completion acceptance meets the qualified standard 2.2 Bidding scope: This project has not yet started construction, and the scope of this bidding is all supervision work during the design and construction stages of this project. 3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders 3.1 The qualification requirements for bidders in this bidding are as follows: 3.1.1 Qualification Requirements: 1) Ability to independently assume civil liability; 2) Having a comprehensive supervision qualification issued by the construction administrative department or having a Class B qualification for housing construction project supervision. Qualification of Chief Supervising Engineer: specializing in building construction engineering, obtaining the National Supervision Engineer Registration Certificate, and the major specified in the registration certificate shall prevail; If the chief supervising engineer is supervising the project and participating in bidding, they must obtain the consent of the project construction unit and not exceed three items at most; 3) The personnel of the project supervision organization shall be equipped in accordance with the "Construction Engineering Supervision Work Standards" (DB13 (J)/T161-2014). 3.1.2 Credit requirements: The bidding unit has not violated any regulations or restricted bidding.
