The transfer subject is currently vacant, please refer to the evaluation report for details. (2) The characteristics of the target asset shall be based on the current situation. The description of the target situation provided by the trading center to the intended transferee is for reference only and does not exclude the existence of unknown issues and defects of the trading center.
