If the applicant intends to establish a project company or wholly-owned subsidiary for development and construction, the investment composition and establishment time of the project company or wholly-owned subsidiary should be clearly stated in the bidding application. The applicant's investment proportion in the project company shall not be less than 50% (excluding 50%), and the project company or wholly-owned subsidiary shall sign the "State owned Construction Land Use Right Transfer Contract" with our bureau and handle the land use right registration procedures. The qualification of the bidder for this land parcel is preliminarily reviewed by the County Commerce Bureau. The bidder must communicate with the preliminary review unit before applying for bidding and fully understand the contents of the Hainan Province Industrial Project Development and Land Access Agreement for this land parcel.
