And the following conditions must be met: (1) The project leader shall not be employed or practice in two or more units at the same time (sign labor contracts or pay social insurance in two or more units at the same time, or register their (job) qualification certificate in two or more units at the same time); The project leader shall not concurrently serve as the legal representative of other companies and shall not be an individual business operator; The project leader shall not concurrently serve as a director, supervisor, or senior management personnel of another company.
