Project Overview and Negotiation Scope 2.1 Project Overview: The Yunnan Baiyao R&D Platform Kunming Center Construction Project is located at 1830 Yuehua Street, Chenggong District, Kunming City, within the Yunnan Baiyao Industrial Zone. The project has a construction area of approximately 57000 square meters and covers an area of approximately 12000 square meters, including 4 above ground floors (5 in some areas) and 1 underground floor. Positioned as an innovative research and development plant for Yunnan Baiyao, it meets functions such as research and development, experimentation, and training. This project is one of the PI office renovation projects. 2.2 Project Location: 1830 Yuehua Street, Chenggong District, Kunming City, within the Yunnan Baiyao Industrial Zone. 2.3 Scope of Contract Issuance: Complete the construction drawings and bill of quantities for the PI office renovation of the Yunnan Baiyao R&D Platform Kunming Center construction project, including but not limited to: decoration and renovation, procurement and installation of mechanical and electrical equipment, procurement and installation of air conditioning equipment, procurement and installation of curtains, and other related supporting works.
